This workshop will be facilitated by acclaimed Native poet, and Michigan State University Professor, Gordon Henry, Jr., Henry will explore the writing and reading of contemporary native poets. The workshop is free and open to the public. Coffee and refreshments will be served. The workshop will be held at the Nokomis Learning Center, 5153 Marsh Road, Okemos, Michigan. This workshop is made possible by an Artists in the Community grant through the Arts Council of Greater Lansing.
