Budgie business...who knows about these 'keets?

So I've had a pair of budgies for about two and a half years. Randomly picked two at the shop, misgendered them and about 8 months ago eggs appeared. She always tossed them out of the coconut/nest.... until she didn't. I now have two fully feathered hatchlings. I handle them daily, they are strong and vocal...just not sure what to do from here.
