Cleaning out old house, hauling trash

I am moving out of my long term rental home. I am looking for someone to come clean up the last of it, getting everything out of the house, then haul all the trash away. extra if you can do a light cleaning as well. Must be Tuesday (any time) and/or early Wednesday. lots of junk left, some has value, some could be salvaged and used. have some large items that would need a big truck or trailer. nothing gross or hazardous, just stuff. contact me asap. we have to be out by the end of Wednesday (nov 30th). Willing to pay $100 to get everything out, and another $150 if you can haul all everything away by Wednesday evening. willing to hear counter offers. thanks
