Mostly repair and replace projects. The list includes flooring, repairing damaged doors, installing new bathroom mirrors, switch-out bath sinks, and vanities, installing pocket doors, repairing damaged furniture, changing some light fixtures, etc. Tiling experience is a plus. You must have good and verifiable references, your own tools, and reliable transportation. Smoking is not allowed on the property.
