Description

We are a general contracting and real estate rental company located in the San Marco area of Jacksonville. We are looking for someone to take charge of landscaping several properties, as well as taking charge of the organization and upkeep of our warehouses. The tasks will include but are not limited to: 2-3 days will involve maintaining the lawns and maintenance of our residential properties. The other time will be spent organizing and keeping our three warehouses organized, delivering materials to jobsites, and filling in with maintenance on our construction projects, when needed. Job qualifications: -Must be good at organizing and able to create systems for warehouse use for the employees. -Some experience with landscaping. Ability to edge, mow, weed, plant, etc. -Be a team player. We are a family oriented, growing company. We will be providing a trailer and all tools for landscaping. There is a company truck available to use for work purposes, when needed.
