Are you handy and looking to do some work on the side to supplement your income or just keep you busy? We are looking for a part time team member to help out with small maintenance tasks and oversight of projects at a mobile home park! This position is very flexible and would be great for someone who is retired and looking to make some money and keep busy or someone who needs to do a little extra on the side. Tasks will vary but can include, building and or installing steps; helping coordinate home moves; pick up of permits; various maintenance tasks for tenants; coordinating other trades doing work in the park; landscaping work; etc. If you have management or other people skills we can consider even more opportunities. Must have mobile phone and be able to text / send photos. Pay is weekly and will depend on amount worked, which is flexible.
