Need construction subcontractors

We are a restoration and remodel company seeking reliable sub-contractors for all areas of residential and commercial construction. This includes tile, cabinets, drywall, paint, granite/quartz, shower doors, carpet, vinyl, etc. Our pay set up is work this week, finish the work and invoice by end of day Friday and get a check the following Friday. We agree to a payment per completed job, NOT per day. We will pay for all materials such as paint, drywall, flooring, etc you must provide your own tools. We work primarily in Pearland but serve the entire Houston area. All subcontractors will have to sign a sub-contractor agreement for our company and provide a certificate of insurance if available.
