Rehoming dog

NOT FREE. I need to rehome my 1yr old mixed breed. I've been told she's a lab/collie mix but she always resembles a shepherd mix. She is a about 40lbs. She is a very sweet dog, very energetic, it's along great with my other 40 lb dog My little dog does not care for her due to her energy and she is not great with cats (She does not mean to hurt them but she doesn't understand that she is much bigger than that and can't be trying to tackle them). I adopted her last year from a "rescue" that did not care for their dogs well. She was spayed and that was it. I have gotten her up to date on all vaccines (minus bordetella), heartworm prevention (and testing), and flea/tick prevention. The "rescue" claimed she was "just a lap dog" as I specifically requested an easy going laid back dog as I don't do well with high energy (which is what she is). We've been training her since we got her but she just won't leave the cats alone.. the minute a cat runs by she immediately chased and pins them. Due to high energy and me not being home enough to exercise her she has started chewing her fur. I have to keep her in a cone and medicate her to try and prevent it. We've really exhausted all our options at this point so she needs a really active home
