Looking For Seasoned Musicians For Modern Rock Band

What's up everyone. I am currently looking for some seasoned musicians to complete our line up. Currently we consist of a vocalist and myself (Rhythm Guitar). If I was to classify the music we are writing, it has hints of Breaking Benjamin, Chevelle, Sevendust to earlier grunge bands as well. We are very serious about the music, have all pro gear and and expect the same from anyone who is interested in joining. We have access to a studio where we are currently writing a new album and have music in the box waiting to be finalized by all of the members. We are in our 40's and hope to find someone close to our age. We are looking for the following members: Lead guitar player that must be familiar with FX and delays and know how create the ambience in the music and shred some when it calls for it (Tube amp is a must, Marshall, Mesa and so on). Must have a baritone guitar or a 7 string as we tune in drop A#. Bass player should be a solid in the pocket rock player that understands locking in with the click and when to embellish their parts and when to lock the rhythm down with the kick. Must have a 5 string bass as we tune in drop A#. The drummer must be very versatile and not be afraid of a click track. Having an electric kit would also be a plus. I have a ton of fantastic drums sound in pro tools that will work with an electric kit for ease of recording drums. Here are a few links to tracks we recorded so you can hear what we are doing.
