Licensed Plumbing Contractor Needed

Description

I had an external tankless gas water heater installed without permits. I am told that I must have a licensed plumber inspect the work, pull the permit(s), and have an inspector sign off on the work. Looking for a reasonable licensed plumber to handle the above. I have spoken with the City. I cannot pull my own permit as I am not going to be here for a year after the final inspection is performed. I know the water lines in the attic will need to be capped off. I will sign a liability release/waiver, if it will help.
