We are in need of preferred service contractors for our home/house maintenance business. There is a regular flow of incoming service orders, and we need a wide variety of skills related to the maintenance of houses. We are looking for a long term relationship. Great references, and high integrity are the first things we're looking for. We desire enough flexibility with one's schedule to allow for guaranteed responsiveness for our portfolio. For us; this would include triage type services for any incoming maintenance Items designated Emergency within 6 hours of incoming request, and responsiveness of within 24 hours for all other requests, for processing/triage. Responsiveness needs for actual work delivery would vary on the item. We have a platform we use for managing the work. This platform would need to be utilized for success. In responding to this ad, I'd appreciate if you can speak to the following: 1 - Do you have other customers/references that can vouch for your integrity and ability to do the work? 2 - Does your life and schedule allow for the kind of responsiveness detailed above? 3 - What are your pay expectations? Note: for items approved for work under our typical process, it is usually 'bid' work and will have an offer/budget number assigned for each work item. For Service related items that are either Emergency and/or below a certain dollar amount, we will pay hourly and want to pay between $22-40/hr depending on experience. 4 - Referencing the list below, please provide honest assessment if these items are within your skill-set: Exterior Metal Work including Fascia, Soffit, Wrapping Windows, etc Gutter Work Siding Roofing Landscape Flooring Interior Electrical Diagnose/Scope Definition Electrical Plumbing Diagnose/Scope Definition Plumbing Rough Carpentry Trim Carpentry Tile Drywall/Texture Paint Garage Doors Handyman (misc) Access/Security
