I'm looking for a person who has some construction experience and property knowledge who can act as my boots on the ground in the Akron region. I specifically purchase small multifamily properties, some that need work and require someone to manage contractors. These would be odd jobs and dont require full time check-in style work. You need to be accountable and entrepreneurial. Hoping this person can also help me find and offer on properties in the region.
