Description

Please stop. Don't send me your phone number. I don't want to waste either one of our time. First off you need your own basic equipment if you want to grow a business. We get a lot of handyman calls in the winter months. Wood rot, drywall, soffits, building decks and fences and a lot of other small jobs that customers call for. We still get yard work and pressure wash calls too, but that really gets busy during Spring and Summer. I have been advertising in the Irmo, Lexington area for a guy for 3+ years now. I was getting him 20 to 30 new customer calls per week. He got the big head syndrome after making $1000's every week and decided to not send me my 30%. After 3 years of me helping him grow. Said he was going to bag up his own ads and do his own thing. Long story short, he failed. Now he's begging to get back. He threw away a $70K per year partnership for $450. I do not tolerate dishonesty. Not even 1 time. Lie or steal and I'll cut you right off from helping you get these new customers. I'll never trust you again. I ask for 30% from the jobs. You treat me business professional and you'll never look on Craigslist or anywhere for work ever again. You must be customer oriented. Call them back as soon as I send them to you. Show up on time. Do a good job. The important things to keep the customer informed and happy. You can control your future. I'm looking for a few guys to get started 1st of the year. I have to buy and prep these advertisements, so I need to know I have some good guys on my team to take these calls. Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance! Tell me in a short paragraph what types of jobs you can handle and why I should pick you. A lot of people (idiots) won't even take the time to read this. They'll (the losers) just throw there name and number on every ad they see without even knowing what they're answering. I'm easy to get along with, but I've wasted enough time talking to the wrong people on here. I'll reply back with my contact info if I like what I read. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Sincerely, Kevin
