Seeking for Lawncare Supervisor. Must have experience in Horticultural Pruning/Trimming Shrubs, Grading, understanding Landscape Blue Prints, Paver Work, Irrigation Repair, Hard/Soft Scapes, and Operating Commercial Mowers/Equipment. Also regular lawn care maintenance such as Cut, Edgeing, Rake/ Blow/Bag Leaves and Debris, etc. Competitive Pay. Must be able to communicate organizational skills, oversee employees' performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the relationship between staff and the company so that each is successful.
