Description
Themed dance and stretching sessions on Saturdays at 10am, livestreamed from my local dance studio!
Please have Zoom downloaded on your device before you join.
No formal dance training/experience required. Take care to avoid injury as best you can. Wear comfortable clothing and dance/gym shoes or go barefoot if it is safe to do so. Please consult your physician before starting a new exercise routine.
Feel free to use a mat if you like for stretching, a water bottle, and a small towel if you tend to sweat a lot during the dance session.
