Reiki is a healing modality through which a certified Reiki Master places hands on or hovers hands over the body and channels universal life force energy into an individual. This intelligent, healing energy creates a calming and relaxed state and naturally encourages the body/mind/soul to re-balance and harmonize itself. We will open this healing circle with a guided meditation to bring ourselves into a relaxed state of mind and to open our hearts to the healing that we need. John Parssinen, a certified Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner, will provide a few minutes of reiki to all participants who wish to receive healing. Two sessions offered: November 30 (6:30 PM); December 4 (10 AM). $20 per session
