In this hands-on class, you will create your own feast stew with scallops, fish, shrimp, and more. Salad and wine are perfect to round out this meal. Instructor: Lindsay Smith FAQsIs this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients. If you attend a class with a partner, you will be sharing a station (table for two). You will be provided additional ingredients to share and prepare with your guest.
