Textured Hair 101 will give you the basic understanding and knowledge of how to train, style and care for type 4 curly textured hair. Workshop available on either October 18th or October 19, 2020. Welcome to Textured Hair 101! This 3-hour workshop is designed to provide stylists with a basic understanding and knowledge of how to train, style, and care for type 4 curly textured hair. Your instructor, Crystal Long, will be focusing on two of the most common ethnic/textured hair styles: silk press and twist out. Her approach will adopt a natural perspective without the use of chemicals or additives during the styling process. Come, enjoy, and learn from Crystal Long and her desire to share her skills with you! Seats will be socially distanced. Masks are required. Limited seats available. Each attendee will receive a tool kit that includes: theory booklet, 4 combs, 3 brushes, hair ties, a silk scarf, and flexible rods.
