Enjoy chocolates and a cup of hot cocoa while learning about the history of chocolate! The BioTrek Learning Center is a small, intimate space with just enough space for 15 people to gather around for a tasting. You'll learn about cacao, the Maya, and the history of chocolate from our student event leads while tasting different types of cacao beverage and listning to wintery music. You'll get a chance to make hot cocoa of your own and take home a few treats!
