The dog is black and white, looks like it may be a collie, and was wearing a harness. I didn’t see any tags. Brought the dog to the Oshkosh Area Humane Sept. 9, My Fluffy Blk n White Cat disappeared on the Block of Velp Ave. Miss him Dearly. If anyone seen him plz notify Lost Saturday. Short fur and not used to being outside. He’s a brown striped tabby and only 9 lbs or so. He was forgotten about and must have wandered far away to find warmth.
