Growing pool company in Cape Coral is looking for a reliable and knowledgeable pool technician to maintain roughly 100 pools in the Cape Coral area. Most pools are residential properties. There are a handful of condos with mixing tanks. Previous technicians were able to do them in 35-40 hours per week. Hours and days are flexible for the employee as long as the pools are done on a consistent basis. Pay is weekly via either direct deposit or check. You must have experience in pool service, be fluent in English, be able to lift and carry 40 pounds, and have a valid driver's license. Commission is offered on additional sales made for items like automation, refinishing, etc. Work is year-around and guaranteed. Overtime is paid weekly for pools that take additional time due to hurricane debris. Raises would be based on customer satisfaction and knowledge of industry.
