PENDING ADOPTION!!!!! Major was born October 15, 2018 in a puppy mill in Lamar County Georgia. He was rescued and I adopted him six months later. Since he was rescued from a puppy mill it is assumed that he is pure bred German shepherd. He is a graduate of Georgia K9 training center in Canton Georgia and is very obedient and easy to be around. Major is house broken and can be trusted to be alone, He is great with children and small dogs, having had a chihuahua as a sister and most recently another as a brother. Major loves to hike in the woods, or just walk in the neighborhood. He is not food or toy aggressive and shares well with other dogs. Due to the lack of quality in his first six months he should be fed: Purina pro plan adult sensitive skin & stomach, large breed. He is clever, alert and loves to be in your life. A great protector I have not been attacked by a squirrel, or chipmunk since adopting him. He loves going for rides and is comfortable in the back seat, he is also very compliant with the groomers or vet. Up to date with all shots through march of 2023 he is in great health. Major shows no signs of hip dysplasia or any other genetic issues. Neutered and has chip. House trained, crate trained, likes to hang with you as you move around the house so he doesn’t miss anything but may go to his crate to chill. Doesn’t bite nor has he. Knows commands: sit, wait, down, no, heal, easy, box. If you can provide a good home for Major, please send me an email.
