Key Colony Beach oceanfront condo complex is hiring maintenance personnel. Full and part-time positions available with flexible hours and excellent pay. We have immediate needs for weekday and weekend help. Looking for reliable and dependable workers. Applicant must have prior maintenance or construction experience. Duties include: - Identifying and repairing building issues - Weekly lawn mowing and light landscaping (riding mower provided) - Daily beach cleaning and raking - Maintain and clean pool and beach furniture as well as surrounding areas - Minor electrical and plumbing repairs - General maintenance tasks for the building and grounds including basic carpentry and painting - Keeping repair tools and supplies clean and organized - Conducting routine maintenance on equipment, grounds and building systems Please reply with resume or description of past work experience.
