Looking for the owners of a lost female chihuahua found in the vicinity of Pulaski and 139th Street. She has a bit of soars on her paws and very skinny, but improving. She is very lovable and good with other dogs and cats. I know someone out there is sick worried about her. Attached are some photos of her, owner can contact me to arrange trip back home.
