We are looking for a reliable subcontractor to complete 4 bathroom renovations & replacement of 13 units kitchen cabinets. All material provided except tools. The work is expected to be completed in a timely matter, 2-4 man crews are a preferred. An ideal subcontractor for this project would possess the skill & know how to complete demo, drywall repair, framing, minor electrical. The general overview of the project is demoing existing vanity, mirrors, & vanity tile surround. Then replacing with an all in one vanity, install medicine cabinet in place of the current mirror, repair sheet rock from tile demo, texture and paint. The kitchen cabinets will be a fairly easy project, remove & replace. Details provided below. WORK TO INCLUDE: -Demo existing vanities & sinks -Demo Mirrors (save lighting and bathroom accessories) -Complete Demo for Medicine cabinet -Repair sheetrock, Install med cabinet. -Install new all in one vanity & top -Replace Sheet Rock, Texture, & Paint -Re-install electrical & plumb -Install New Shower Heads -Minimal Electrical Work
