Live-in PERSONAL ASSISTANT / Care Taker Room & Board + Salary Friendly honest single man (57 y/o) with slight disabilities, wanting to share brand new beautiful home with “private” quarters (Bedroom, Bathroom, Living Room & mini-Bar/Kitchenette). Inclusive of utilities, washer/dryer, internet, cable TV, various amenities & groceries, near Prairie Center (Brighton, CO). --- Salary commensurate with quality of candidate. No pets. -- No Smoking (except outside). Must be able to pass Background Check & have valid Driver’s License In exchange for – Personal Assistance & Care Taker responsibilities: * Cooking / Cleaning / Laundry / Shopping / Errands * Driver * Manage medical appointments & assist with light exercise routines * Lawn / Yard maintenance * Availability to accompany client on occasional travel, a plus +!
