Found two puppies near Barnum Park

Two puppies were found near Barnum Park on 11/26 in the evening. We would like to find the owner and get them home as soon as possible. They are black, tank and white in color. There are already other dogs in the house, so we will have to take them to a shelter by the end of the day. Please let me know if you know anything about them or their owner.
