Looking for intermediate to advanced players. I would like players that can improvise and play without the help of sound reinforcement and sing lead and/or harmony. Looking for mandolin, fiddle, banjo, dobro and bass for old time, country and bluegrass. Male or female. All acoustic instruments. Looking for good lead singer male or female. I'm partial to Bill Monroe and traditional bluegrass music and would like to keep as pure as possible. I can play rhythm guitar and moderate leads, also play mandolin and fiddle but intermediate player. I can sing and will sing some lead but can add harmony. I have rehearsal space. Goal: Looking to get proficient set list of 12 to 18 songs to start and book paying gigs. Covers mainly but very open to original and writing songs. Also looking for people that would like to jam around to work on chops and skills or songwriting. All ages welcome.
