Why rural areas have such ridiculously low IQs

Small towns naturally have fewer mates to choose from and it's not uncommon for not very distantly related people to marry in that type of environment. Cousins and second cousins getting married is not uncommon in rural areas. This of course leads to serious genetic problems and that coupled with all of the smart people moving to the cities where they can make a LOT more money and live a MUCH better lifestyles and what you have left is basically the bottom of the IQ barrel marrying others at the bottom of the IQ barrel. Rural people will tell each other that they're just as smart but they only think that because they're never around research scientists, physicists, electronic engineers, and other people that have higher IQs and education. Rural morons are only comparing themselves to the other rural morons living nearby.
