Full Moon Women’s Circle, with Juliette Carman & Teagan Rose 6:30-8:30pm December 7th Santa Barbara Yoga Center, 32 E Micheltorena St, Santa Barbara CA 93101 This is your sacred invitation to gather with your sisters, connect with the wisdom of your cycle and explore your body in movement, held within the energy of the full moon. We will gather, dance, sing, and enjoy delicious sacred cacao from the lands of Costa Rica. Teagan Rose is a Somatic Therapist, Embodied Movement & Voice Facilitator and Performer. She brings to this space her 15+ years of experience in learning about emotions and the ways they move through the body, as well as her reverence for sacred cacao and the cycles of nature. Juliette Carman has been traveling the globe for the past 5 years, immersing herself in the various cultures and rituals. Somatic movement, dance, and circus arts have been her guiding threads along the journey. She is devoted to sharing these practices to guide us back home within ourselves, community and the earth.
