Description

The class will be held every Tuesday night from Dec 6th to February 28th; from 6:30 - 7:50 pm, at LIFT gym at Station Park. Instructed by Kevin Day. A weekly 80 min cycling & functional body movement workout to maintain baseline and high-end fitness over the winter months.
