We are looking for part-time hail finders for the holidays to help us increase our business. Here’s how it works, we will train you to find cars with hail damage all around the DFW area. You will be searching parking lots with lots of cars, like malls, events, Walmart, Target, & Grocery stores are great. We will give you our unique advertisement that you will stick on the car the way we teach you and normally about 33% of the people will call to ask for more information. For every person who calls you to earn $10, our closers talk to the customer and get them scheduled for the repair. When we repair their vehicle you get a 5% bonus of the net profit. The average vehicle ticket is about $5,000 - $10,000. So that means on top of the $10 per call you can earn another $250 to $500 per car after the repair is finished. It normally takes a week to finish when we pick it up. It normally takes me 2 hours to find 30 cars, so depending on how hungry you are, you can see the numbers… *3 days 45 cars per day = 45 calls for $450 *Out of 45 calls if we repair 5 vehicles that pay you another $1250 - $2500 These numbers are conservative! FAQ'S How often do I get paid? >>> You get paid weekly! How much can I actually make? >>> Our top finder made over $300 on Black Friday w/o including bonuses. How long can I do this? >>>> Once you are on the team, you can stay as long as you'd like! When do I get paid my bonus? >>>> When the car is finished and we receive the check from the insurance company. Can I work other days than weekends? >>> Yes, you can work whenever you want.
