This will conclude with a look at the loan application and the difference between a pre-qualification and a pre-approval. Now, you’re ready to look for houses and this is where Valerie comes in. She will emphasize the need for the pre-approval and how it is necessary for your home search. Finding the perfect house though is just the beginning; there’s the offer and counteroffers and inspections and a whole lot more for Valerie to explain. Finally, you get the keys to your new home!
