Are you legal resident Hispanic / Mexican over 30 years old with a valid driver license living in the Tampa area and looking for a good construction company with to work for? Our custom home building company is located in the Seminole Heights are of Tampa. We build custom homes for customers in the Tampa Bay Area (Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando). We have a great need for a general construction worker over 30 years old with experience in general labor duties. We need this person to do the following duties: - Be flexible with hours and work hours as needed, some days more, some days less, this is a full time position, some weeks 40 hours some weeks more - Keep our jobsites looking clean and organized. - Move materials from one site to another, pick up materials, return leftover materials, etc. - Some days dirty work, some days not so dirty, some days shovel work, so you need to be familiar with hand tools. - Some equipment operating, some landscaping, some carpentry, a lot of miscellaneous work. - ACT AS INTERPRETER WITH HISPANIC WORKERS – REASONABLE ENGLISH A MUST Deal Breakers: (please read this, the following are required) 1. Must have valid drives license 2. Must have reasonable driving record 3. Must have a cell phone 4. Must have reliable transportation to office in Seminole Heights (Tampa) 5. Must speak reasonably good English 6. Must speak Spanish 7. Mush be felony free (this depends on what you did, so we can talk about it if applicable) 8. Must be NON SMOKER AND NON VAPER 9. Must have good attitude, if you get upset over silly stuff or have a crap attitude then don’t apply. Your representing my company so attitude on the clock is very important.
