Construction Helpers / Trainees Needed. We are an exterior building waterproofing, restoration and reconstruction contractor, looking for new talent we can train and add to our staff on a full time basis. Excellent opportunity for advancement for the right individual(s). Dependable, drug free, dedicated individuals needed to train on the job, learning various trades including: *Concrete and Masonry Restoration *Joint sealant systems * Expansion joint systems Installation & Maintenance * Deck coating systems' application * Stucco, Carpentry and various other trades. We will provide the training, you provide the willingness to learn. Must be willing to travel occasionally, work from scaffolding and staging on a regular basis. Looking for individuals that want a long term, stable position with a well known leader in the exterior building reconstruction industry. Starting pay, depending on experience is $13-$15/ per hour with pay increases quickly depending on your capabilities during training. The goal should be to train, learn and refine your skills to become a skilled trades person, and begin running jobs as a foreman, supervisor and ultimately project manager.
