Regular "Freelance" Janitor/Landscaping Services Needed - Hourly Rate

I'm an owner of two small multi-family properties in Hamden. I'm looking for someone who can provide regular and as-needed help with the following tasks: Required: -Lawn mowing -Leaf removal -Hedge trimming (very infrequent) -Janitorial cleaning of common areas (e.g. sweeping/vacuuming) — every 2-3 months -Coin collection from coin-operated laundry machines -Checking in on properties upon request Helpful but not required: -Snow removal (if this is not possible I can just hire a plowing company) -Handyman services e.g. painting, small repairs I live in NYC so I need someone very trustworthy to be my eyes and ears on the ground. I can pay by Venmo/Zelle/PayPal/Cash App...whatever you prefer. I would like for you to send me pictures when tasks are complete. Needs are very minor right now, but will increase in early spring when a tenant who is currently performing some of this work moves out. Pay is $30/hour, somewhat negotiable. Down the road once a better picture of the schedule is established we can sort out a flat monthly fee if preferred. Please send an email with some details about your experience.
