This is a small group class to learn how to help get baby in the optimal position for birth and to help labor progress. It will provide you with many tools, tips and tricks whether you plan to go natural or plan to have an epidural or some other pain medication. Once this small class is full, we may add an additional class right after so please check the start times of your class.
