Do you like Art? Do you like Yoga? Have you ever wanted to try Yoga? Excellent! Come join us today! Yoga In The Moment presents "The Yoga and Art Series," at the historic Beach Institute Cultural Arts Center and Art Gallery in the historic district. All skill levels are welcomed. Beginners and the "Yoga Curious" are encouraged to attend. Your unique yoga and art experience will include 45 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of guided meditation to promote total relaxation. Class will start promptly at 9:00 am. RSVP today to reserve your spot. Space is limited to maximize the experience.
