Women of Strength Event 2023: Theme: “Your Purpose” *This event sells out every year so please do not wait to purchase your tickets and tables. We cannot do this event without you and appreciate your participation more than you know! Thank you. Questions? Call Suzy 480-303-1369 *PLEASE READ important info*Doors will open at 8:30 with coffee & pictures in the pavilion on the northeast end of ballroom. You must purchase a single ticket or a table of 10 for you and your guest to attend. If you purchase a single ticket please call Suzy at 480-304-1369 to find out your seating assignment. If you purchase a table you *must decorate your table the evening before the event on February 15. It is first come first serve! No exceptions on decorating please.If you choose to come to decorate at the end of the time frame your table will be in the back. You are welcome to purchase a small gift for each of your attendees. Everyone does! Do not forget to count yourself as a guest at the table.YOU are in charge of letting your guest know where your table is located and that they are sitting with you. We do not have a check in. No center pieces that obstruct any vision please. Parking is located on the east end behind the hotel. There is parking directly behind the ballroom and also south of the ballroom on the east end. You are more than welcome to valet, but that may take longer. Main event ballroom doors will not open until 9 AM. Please visit the pavilion for coffee and pictures across the parking lot.
