HURRICANE WIND DAMAGED TREES AND BRANCHES: I have two homes with small trees and branches around the property that need to be trashed at front of property in correct lengths for City to pickup. 1st home : 4970 Howard Street - Has 2 small palm trees at the front property line that need to be cut up and placed just a few feet away for City pickup. Must remove stump and all. Easy removal with small truck. Already at street! 2nd home: 4655 Lavonne Avenue: Various branches scattered around front and rear of property - all can be cut up and placed at front for City Pickup. Rear yard: Various small trees and branches down - primarily at rear property line. These can be cut and placed either in behind the fence or cut and placed in front of the property for City pickup. Behind the fence is train rail tracks. The fence is on the property line - and is also broken. These trees and branches can be tossed over the fence but not higher than the current fence height, and no where near the tracks. The trees must be cut away from fence as the fence will be repaired later on. Again, NO TREES CAN BE BROKEN AND ON THE FENCE AT ALL. ALL BRANCHES, LIMBS, BROKEN TREES ON THDE PROPERTY MUST BE REMOVED TO STUMP. NO NEED TO REMOVE STUMP UNLESS ALREADY UPROOTED AND EXPOSED. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS JOB, YOU MUST DRIVE PAST BOTH LOCATIONS AND TEXT ME YOUR BID TO COMPLETE BOTH PROPERTIES. ALL BRANCHES AND LIMBS MUST BE REMOVED. WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED, YOU MUST SEND DETAILED PICTURES SHOWING ALL WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED. If you are interested, you must have the proper tools, help, and vehicle needed to complete the job. This job is a hurricane clean up of trees and branches. I am a landlord. Do not bother the tenants.
