Hello, I am looking for a good and experienced handyman for a few task now and also jobs I will need in the future. I am an experienced landlord who owns a lot of real estate and have jobs available pretty frequently, My last handyman retired and I am looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, and experienced who I can call when I need repairs done or something renovated. I can tell who is experienced and just looking to make a quick buck from my experience and will not hire someone like that. Right now I need some hot water heaters fixed, mold removed from a bathroom wall, and a small area of a roof leak to be fixed in that one spot.
