Is a fast growing company that performs property preservation on bank owned and vacant properties in Cook, Will, DuPage, Kane, Kankakee Counties in Illinois and Lake and Portage Counties in Indiana. We are a construction and real estate company who takes pride in our mission and commitment of reinvestment to blighted neighborhoods. Our work includes many variations of minor and major repairs in exterior and interior projects, as well as basic landscaping needs. We are actively growing and are seeking property preservation field technicians to perform property maintenance repairs. Common Task expected: • Securing properties • Painting • Debris Removal • Maid Services • Winterizations • De-winterizations • Tree trimming • Shrub trimming • Snow plowing • Grass Cutting • Leave removal Responsibilities include but are not limited to; • Protect and preserve vacant properties • Respond and complete work orders in a timely manner and professionally • Inspect property and grounds to ensure the safety and cleanliness of a property • Utilize company software including mobile apps for updating work order status • Perform home winterizations • Carpentry, Roofing, Electrical and Plumbing a plus Requirements: • 18 years of age and over • A high school diploma or equivalent • Valid Driver’s License • Strong organizational and communication skills • Basic construction knowledge is a plus • Good photography skills • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs • Can climb and use a ladder •Work hours: 7 am-4 pm •Paid Weekly
