Description
Found a dog around 11:45A on 11/26 on the corner of W12th Ave and S Main Street in Oshkosh. The dog is black and white, looks like it may be a collie, and was wearing a harness. I didn’t see any tags. Brought the dog to the Oshkosh Area Humane Society.
