Boots on the Ground person to help maintain our Mason City, IA locations. We require a person to attend to duties listed below 5 days a week for 4-5 hours at a time. Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Monitor the physical condition of the facility and report maintenance requirements - Maintain exterior areas and grounds attractive and free of debris - Monthly unit audit to confirm which units are empty or not - Overlocking units where necessary - Other duties as assigned Skills and Competencies: - Able to learn and consistently apply company policies and procedures - Confidence to work with minimum direct supervision - Professional presentation and appearance. - Able to perform light maintenance and clean-up tasks.
