Found cat, white with tabby/brown stripes

Small white and brown/black cat with dark nose has been hanging around my mom's neighborhood near Concord and Coffman Path for a week or so. Very friendly, neighbor sad he took it into the vet and there was no micro chip. Will update when we determine gender.
