I am a professional artist looking for a small art studio space. Anywhere north of downtown Miami and south of Hollywood is preferred. Since costs are high I am willing to share this space with two of my respected colleagues who are also seeking an art space outside of their homes. The three of us together can afford $400/month total, MAX. Our needs are extremely basic. We are classically trained, respectful, and neat. We just need a place to make bigger pieces.
