Seeking a professional bartender for a private holiday party for about 60 people; 4-10pm (including setup / cleanup) this coming Sat Dec 3rd. Pouring wine, making mixed drinks and basic cocktails, Shirley Temples for kids, etc. Venue is an apartment building lounge space which does have a bar counter. $300 cash flat rate (not a tipping event). Please share some information about yourself and your relevant experience in your reply. Also looking for a second person with some hospitality experience to clear plates, replenish food trays, wash and replace glasses as people come and go, etc. $200 cash flat rate for this role.
