Trade Show, Missing Booth - Need Creative Solution

My company is exhibiting at the Greater New York Dental Meeting. The exhibition starts tomorrow. Our trade show booth did not make it from Phoenix, so we need some creative solutions. I am almost thinking 2 x 60" TVs and 2 computers to run a PowerPoint background and some sort of TV stand or entertainment center piece. Need someone to get all this stuff and set it up in our booth. I can send one of my employees with you to buy it or we can order it for pickup from Best Buy. Give me suggestions and pricing. Need this done ASAP.
