Seeking two individuals that are self motivated, detailed orientated, task focused. We are looking for a Gardener to care for all aspects of landscaping as well as assisting with other various tasks. Also, looking for a housekeeper that is extremely focused to detail. This position will also include detailed cleaning of other property locations in Gainesville after guest leaving, and after construction projects prior to tenant arrival. The right people will have their own transportation, capable of working without consistent supervision, capable of arriving on time, and capable of not being glued to a phone.
