Rehoming Betta Fish with Tank

Sudden life changes are forcing me to move suddenly, unfortunately I can’t bring the fish with me. He comes with a black tank with a water heater and filter, food, treats, and water treatment. There is substrate and aquarium plants included in the tank as well. He developed fin rot when I brought him home from the store, so I have his antibiotics I have been treating him with as well. Need Gone ASAP.
